Click the Add button from the “Trusted applications” window and click Browse to choose the files that belongs to the remote control software. Finally tick the “ Allow interaction with Kaspersky Anti-Virus interface ” checkbox and click OK. The file will be listed in the trusted applications and will be allowed to remotely control. If saved in a computer list, look in Properties of that entry under Remote Input and see if it has set Disable Remote Input and Show Black Screen. I use TeamViewer for family, and have actually needed to set it up like this for certain people who continually forget I'm helping them with something and try to still use the computer (Grandparents).
